R. David Schroder

David Schroder serves as the President of Action-Waco, bringing nearly three decades of hands-on industry experience and leadership to the organization. He began his career with Action-Waco in 1997 as a mechanic, quickly establishing a reputation for technical expertise, reliability, and a strong work ethic. His leadership potential and deep operational understanding led to his promotion to Branch Manager in 2004, where he successfully guided branch operations, expanded customer relationships, and strengthened team performance.

In 2017, David was promoted to President, taking on full responsibility for strategic direction, and organizational growth. Known for his practical, people-focused leadership style and commitment to safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement, David has been instrumental in shaping Action-Waco’s culture and driving its long-term success.
