R. David Schroder

Dave started at Action in 1997 and served as shop foreman and eventually moved into a sales and customer support position. In 2004 he was promoted to Phoenix's branch manager winning Manager of they Year in 2014. Shortly thereafter, Dave was in charge of all Arizona operations for Action. Recently Dave Schroder has expanded his duties and is the current President of Action (AZ) and Waco (CO).

Served on the national Board of Directors of the Scaffold & Access Industry Association (SAIA).
