About the event
The cost for the course is $400.00 / person and all students must come to class with their own fall protection equipment and in proper work attire.
This course is designed for persons who are responsible for determining the types of fall protection equipment to be used, developing fall protection plans including rescue procedures, and the installation of fall protection systems. A comprehensive exam will be given, and all students must receive an 80% score to receive their competent person card. Students that do not pass with an 80% will receive an Awareness card. Competent person cards are valid for three years.
Due to the development of new products and changing conditions we feel that competent person training should be renewed every three years.
